Hey Everyone,
Just brewed my first two extract batches in two weekends. Belgian Wit and a Belgian Saison. Let the first batch ferment for two weeks and then moved it to a secondary to free up the primary for the next batch. I was able to try the Belgian Wit recently after taking a hydrometer reading and was pleasantly surprised although I am going to let it sit for a little while longer before bottling.
My wife has been just as excited to brew as I have been which is pretty awesome. Looking forward to getting a lot more extract brews under my belt before getting into partial/all grain.
Can't stop myself from brewing every weekend and next is a Irish Red Ale...
Can't wait...
