Hey all. I got a Brewers Best equipment kit for Xmas and currently have an American Amber extract kit from Brewers Best fermenting as we speak.

I do have a couple of Mr Beer brews under my belt from when I was in my early 20's. Funny how they all ended up tasting very ciderish. :drunk:
But I had a yearning to pick it up once again since fishing season is over and I have nothing to do with my time.

It turns out I still have nothing to do with my time now except for brew day and my upcoming bottling day. At least there is beer in the works though!

I got a lot of great info on this site so far and, I am sure, more to come as I gain some experience and delve deeper into the homebrew world.

Heres to great beers and tight lines! :mug:

P.S. Is it strange to be smelling the airlock on a regular basis? I can't seem to stop myself.

What's up, fellow LI'er/fisherman??

I'm a pretty new brewer, but have had innumerable questions answered here, it's a great place.

Welcome, Brewers Best kits are a good place to pick back up! Happy brewing..
