Hi all...
Just received a basic brewing kit as a Christmas gift and dove right in head first this evening. I just locked up the fermenter a couple hours ago! I'm hoping I did everything correct even with the basic recipe I used. Everything seemed so overwhelming at first.
Anyway, just thought I'd say hi. Looking forward to browsing the forum to see what all I can learn.
