Hey all. Just started the brewing operation which seemed to take forever to setup. Finally my brew partner and I are neck deep in all grain brewing (with no shortcuts), nothing against extracts but we just don't use them, may however start using them for bottling/kegging in the near future. The only thing I need now is the ability to make larger batches. We drink it faster than we can make it!!!
Primary

I didn't think people in the far east (ON) drank beer????;)
Wow you guys have quite the pipeline. Winter's coming so you'll have the perfect environment for Lagering. I insulated a cupboard in my garage and put a 300W heater on a thermostat (at 120V its only 75W). Perfect for achieving lagering temps in the winter and spring so the beer is ready for summer.
Welcome aboard.

Far East!! LOL Good idea about lagering outside. We have a brew shed that would be great for a lagering box/unit with heating in the winter.
