Hey all. Just started the brewing operation which seemed to take forever to setup. Finally my brew partner and I are neck deep in all grain brewing (with no shortcuts), nothing against extracts but we just don't use them, may however start using them for bottling/kegging in the near future. The only thing I need now is the ability to make larger batches. We drink it faster than we can make it!!!
