Hi guys,
My name's Guillaume, 34 Y.O. from France.
A few years ago in 2013, I fell in love with the well know Stone IPA, but it was pretty complicated and expensive to find some. So, I decided to brew my own American IPA.
Now, my brewery take a lot of place in my basement, and I start to do some pretty good beers.
Here's a few pics of my brewery, I'm really proud of it, everything is homemade, I can brew 60l/batch and it's pretty efficient (81%).
