Hey guys, just found you guys through google. I must say, I've already answered probably 20 questions I had just through searching old threads! Just wanna say thanks to all the experienced guys who take the time to help us newbies.
Also wanted to know where most people got started brewing your own. I watched an Alton Brown episode on food network, he made it look way way way too easy. From there it was a one way road. Next up is to move away from extract brewing(flavor is getting a little old) and move into more advanced brews. Hopefully with you guys to help me. Thanks
PS. Anyone in the bay area, let me know where you guys get your supplies. I've been shopping at thebeveragepeople.com out of santa rosa and they've been great. Free shipping on anything over 50 bucks, though I do wonder at the quality of the kits sometimes.
