I'm looking for a new brew, something time tested and easy to duplicate something I can keep on tap all the time that is well liked by all. I like all kinds of beer and have brewed 20 or so know but just haven't found that one that's over the top. My best to date have been an octoberfest and an IPA but they were still not an out of the park home run. I know have an Irish ale in the secondary that I hope lives up to my expectations. Any great go to recipes would be appreciated. Thanks,Aaron

I think trying to find a beer "that is liked by all" is impossible. You might be able to find one that is "tolerated" by all, but trying to find a beer style "liked by all" is a tall order. Just thinking logically, I would try to find something in the middle of the 'hop spectrum' that way it's not too bitter for your stout/porter fans, but has some hop goodness for your 'hophead' friends. Maybe something like Boston Lager - that's pretty much down the middle, IMO.

Heffewizen Very easy to make can add all sorts of flavors (If some one likes fruit beer) when you pour. Also makes a good beer to get people to transfer from the store bought crap they are used to

I did a hard cider with WLP002 that everyone likes that I think I will have to keep on tap. People may not like beer but they almost always like a good cider. I personally will try to keep some kind of stout or porter on tap for myself. :mug:

BierMunchers American Ale - Centennial Blonde Ale. Search for it in the HBT top 100 recipes (it's #1). I have this in bottles now and I have never gone through beer so fast. It is easy, and tastes great.
