I'm looking for some brew ideas for the summer months. I'm thinking about doing 2 at the same time. I brewed an outdoor pilsner and I'm bottling this friday along with brewing up 2 homebrews. I'm looking for to extract brews with some grains. I'm thinking about clean and crisp beers. So some suggestions please I caught the homebrewing bug. And about my last post I did a secondary on my pilsner and it has cleaned up great, I thought I was going to have to cold crash it.:mug:

Wife wants something crisp and citrusy. Thinking of a wheat with citra hops and limes.

I have a Blood Orange Hefe in the fermenter now that smells and samples amazing! Got the recipe off of here. Seems like a great summer beer.

Kolsch, Blonde ale, Cream Ale, Saison, American wheat, Hefe, pale ale, ipa...... So many options. If you do a hefe or Wheat of some sort you could do a split batch and make half into a saison and the other into a traditional wheat with just a change of the yeast and a table sugar addition to the saison.
