Hi all, name's Bob and I live in central Kentucky...

Been brewing with extracts and partial mash for several years now with good results and recently decided to go all grain. Plan to start slowly with BIAB since I'm set up with a large enough brew pot now. I'll probably stick there for a while until I can figure out a good system and acquire the remaining needed equipment.

Thanks to everyone on here for sharing all the great knowledge!

Thanks guys, glad to be here!

Just brewed up my first BIAB-AG batch yesterday...

Headbanger pale ale:
13lbs pale malt
1lb harris otter
magnum and centennial hops with a hint of lavender
OG - 1.068
wyeast American ale 2
fermentation looks spectacular so far, can't wait to taste it!!!

Got some extract brews on tap now, a tripel and some imperial blonde...
Should be kegging the pale ale in a week or two, let me know if you want to swing out for a sample.

Bob
