Hi all,

The short of it is that I have been gifted a kit for homebrewing....a couple 5 gallon buckets and carboys, air lock and plug, hydrometer, siphon, cleaning tools, sterilizing powders and everything that is needed to activate and kill yeast....i have likely missed something in my discereption... but it's everything I need to start and finish my first 5gallon batch of lemon wine. I have an experienced wine maker to walk me through the process.

I've joined here to chat and learn. I'll be posting some questions and asking for suggestions in other forums. Feel free to follow and provide input or encourgment.
