I've bought the kit to start brewing beer a week ago and will start my first batch on Sunday. Getting started with a Bock, love a good bock. Ive only fermented some good old fashioned redneck wine ( Welches concentrate, water, yeast and sugar in a one gallon jug with a muscle ballon ), it was a great experiment and great results. I'm now stepping into the beer realm and can't wait. I'll be on here looking for advice as I need it. Beers
