After a few years off and out of homebrewing, I'm happy to say I'm back. Brew day is tomorrow. A partial mash Irish red. Can't wait!

Thanks! I have a few things to figure out logistically since it has been a few years and I'm in a new house (I used to brew outside) but the yeast starter is going and I'll have beer fermenting tomorrow. The cool thing is I have a monster stainless commercial stove in the kitchen now so weather won't be a factor anymore!
