Hello my brewing friends,
I've decide to take back to home brewing after a 5+ year hiatus and I am looking for my new setup. My old setup was a VERY basic kit that i no longer have access to (moved countries) with two aluminum pans, one bucket for fermenting and some bottling equipment.
I'm looking for an upgrade this time around but I'm still not decided on which direction to go. What I do know is that I enjoy the "being a micro brewery" thing, so am leaning towards a 3 vessel setup instead of a BIAB.
My current front runners are the following two

(I'm in Australia)
Any feedback on each of these two setups? Which one do you guys recommend (or a different one?) Could downsize the second option to 50L vessels instead of 70 as well.
I'm a bit confused about recirculating etc on the basket setup, if it's just the same thing as a false bottom.
Also, I realize the "add-ons" are different between the two setups (e.g. amount of heating elements, temperature probes etc).
I'd appreciate any and all feedback and tips you got might have. Any better options than these two? Should I get a better HLT with HERMS? Or a BK with whirlpool, for example?
Regarding fermentation, I was thinking about a pressure fermenter such as the one below

Please let me know your thoughts. I wanted to try bottling under pressure so I don't need to prime etc.
