i'm looking for ideas on how to use my summer harvest for either mead or beer.
i have 2 kilos of blueberries, 5 kilos of red currants, 2 kilos of crowberries, 1 kilo of black currants and 10 kilos of rhubarb.
i wanted to pick your brain about it, since it takes a long time to create a good mead, and i dont want to wait one year just to figure out that red currant mead is to tart or something. any ideas
