Hi All,

I am planning on a brew day tomorrow morning and want to use up some ingredients i have at home and minimize my shopping trip.

My ingredients at home are.
#25 Maris otter
8 oz Cascade
1 oz Centennial
.8 Oz Huell Melon
1 oz Ella
1 oz Challenger
.75 oz Pacifica
4 oz UK cascade
2 oz Galaxy
2 oz Citra

With said hops im thinking IPA or IIPA. I could buy a little crystal and grab some yeast, but dont have experience with a lot of these hops.

Thanks for the help:confused:

IPA would be easy

Challenger would be good for bittering
You can use cascade for a flavor addition, hopstand, and then dry hopping
galaxy and citra you can use 1oz for hopstand, 1oz for dry hopping

You could go all MO with a bit of sugar to dry it out or pick up some crystal, though I wouldnt. Maybe some wheat or rye
