What are the temperature I need to know from making wort to Finish

It depends on the yeast strain used, but generally ales should be fermented at 60-70 degrees while lagers should be fermented at 48-53 degrees.

Maybe he means the mashing/steeping/boiling temps?

OP, you need to be more specific on what you are trying to figure out. Maybe read some of the beginner's guides at the top of the Beginner's Beer Brewing Forum, or pick up a book on homebrewing??
