Need PDF to Word Doc Converted

Need to create a Word Doc from an unprotected PDF - looking for a freeware program since this is a one-time shot - all the freeware I can find are demo's - do the first page only - does anyone have a link or a program to share? Adobe Reader 8 has a "Save as Text" option (I can't recall if the earlier versions do). Perhaps there's a program that lets you print to a Word document (kind of like print to PDF)?

Take a look at OpenOffice.
