Need input on Chimay recipe

ok after looking at the chimay website, and various other sources, i formulated a chimay triple (white, or cinq cents) recipe...any thoughts?

Batch size: 5 Gallon
Batch type: Partial mash
og: 1.075
ibu: 37

grains/adjuntcs:
6 lbs. pilsner malt
1/2 lbs. caravienna
1/4 lbs. aromatic
3 lbs. dme
2 lbs. belgian white candy

hops:
1.5 oz. styrian gold (60 min.)
1 oz. stryrian gold (30 min.)
.5 oz. stryrian gold (10 min.)
1 oz. french strissespalt (0 min.)

yeast:
trappist ale(3 qt. starter) pitched @ 68: primary 7 days, secondary 4 weeks.

mash schedule:
either triple decoction or multi step (havent decided)

How about a little malted wheat, and or Cara Pils?


maybe a 1/4 lbs. of wheat in the mash for head? im trying to keep it simple, to let the yeast flavors dominate, im not too concerened with a big head...
