So I want to electrify my brew stand. Ultimately I want a RIMS tube and a control panel that's able to operate both of my pumps and RIMS element. I know I need a PID and some other stuff. I want to operate this off of 120 that's available in my garage. The rest of my brew stand will be manual and direct fired. Where should I start?
I've read the rims for dummies thread but I'm even more confused now. I'm leaning towards buying the brewers hardware tri clover rims tube and then trying to piece together a control panel. Any suggestions for stuff to read or parts to buy? Should I plan on making my HLT electric while I'm doing this?
