Hey
I need to know if turbo yeast can survive 79 degrees farenheit during fermentation, i kniw one kind that is supposed to ferment att a few degrees lower but i dont know how the outcome is going to be...

It will ferment fine at 79. However people who have used turbo yeast for cider report that the result is a boozy dry cider with little to no flavor. It's meant to be used for fermenting distilling mash, which is not an appropriate topic for this forum, or for making industrial alcohol. It is not intended for beverages.

Ok, thanks, the prblem is that its hard to get over anything else for me.. :/
