Hello, ive never had a contaminated beer, until now...

I've brewed on saturday, left it in the fermenter, with temperature controller.

Today i went to see if the airlock was bubbling and i saw that the airlock alcohol have decreased considerably, and probably wasnt locking the air out of the fermenter... i dont know how much time was exposed, but on sunday it was ok.

Ive refilled the fermenter and it started bubbling like a couple of bubbles every 5 or 10 seconds.

I've poured some beer to see how was it, and although it wasnt finished the fermentation, it wasnt tasting bad, but when i left the beer in the glass, it starts to form some white spots...

I cant see inside the fermenter because its stainsteel.

Do you think its contaminated?

Thanks

Your beer isn't done fermenting so the yeast are still producing CO2 or there is a lot of CO2 in suspension. That CO2 is out gassing in your glass and trying hard to form a head on your beer. Nothing to worry about.
