Need help making all-malt beer

I want to try and make something similar to Anchor Brewing Company's Summer Beer (all-malt wheat). I like the lightness and surprising full flavor, but I'm having trouble finding recipes. They have some clues on their website:

Anchor Summer is an all-malt beer, and over 50% of its malt comes from malted wheat. It is fermented with a Triticum aestivum, AKA wheat traditional top-fermenting "ale" yeast because we prefer the clean flavors developed by this yeast.

Anyone have any recipes or suggestions for ingredients?
 
I've never had it, but it looks like it's just a weiss. 60% wheat, 40% pilsner, noble hops, and something like WLP300 or Wyeast 3068.
 
For a homebrewer, it pretty much just means no sugar (except for priming).
 
I would assume it is the same yeast they use for their other ales. The great Anchor yeast, WYeast American Ale 2 or White Labs California V...

My Hefe Weizen's are ALMOST no hops. I only use 2 AAUs for a 6.25 gallon (pre-boil) batch, 5 gallon in primary.

Using WLP300 would be making a German-style HW, not a clean American Wheat beer. Yes, the ingredients are almost exact, but the yeast is what really gives the beer it's flavor.

Any clean fermenting American ale yeast would work for the recipe you're attempting.

It is just a thought right now, but I have never heard/read about anyone doing it and I would think if you like malt flavor and have a good yeast it don't sound like it would taste to bad. I know you would have to drink it fast but most of my beers don't last more than three months anyway. I am relatively new to brewing though.
