Need help idenifying an item...

My family recently purchased an estate,and include was alot of industrial items which I have been given the job of researching,and selling. I believe the person was homebrewing because several items I have some across have had that purpose. I came across this today,and since it appears to be constructed of several parts I am not sure what it is or it's purpose.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If it is brewing related, I'd guess it is a gas manifold for dispensing CO2 to multiple kegs. The PSI range on gauges is a little high though.
