Any ideas where to find one?
We are going to use this tank to ferment around 40 gallons of beer since that is how much we make in one batch.

I assume my little 3-piece airlocks are not big enough to handle all of the gas coming out of a tank that size.
I would prefer not to use a blow-off tube since I will be putting the tank on casters and moving it around with a bucket for the blow-off tube would not be desirable.
Just wanted to see whats out there. It can be plastic or we could make something if you have any ideas.
Thanks for the input!

first thing that came to mind.

home depot shopping list
1qt plastic paint bucket
3qt plastic paint bucket
PVC to go into the fermenter through the 3qt to make a psuedo large 3 piece airlock

perhaps an airlock is not required... the lid on these conicals doesn't seal perfectly... I have the 15 gal version of this tank and don't use an airlock or worry about trying to seal it either...

Yea I was gonna say, everything I've read says the lids aren't air tight. Some folks mod them to be, others don't worry about it.
