I have 3 oz. of homegrown cascade hops and a packet of us05 yeast. What kind of grains should I get, and how much, to make a simple brew? I like ipa's but I'm not sure my hops have enough AA. Maybe a bitter of or pale sle would work. I'd like to do a biab. I have an 8 gallon brew pot, so brew capacity is limited.

Probably not an IPA but a nice APA would be nice.
Here's a grain bill that might work for you, give you a 1.050 OG for five gallons at 70% efficiency - I'm just copying that from an old recipe, I didn't calculate it now
8 lb. Pale Ale Malt (or Two-Row Malt)
2 lb. Munich Malt
1/2 lb. Caramel Malt 10L
Do an ounce of cascades at 60 minutes, an ounce at 10 minutes, and an ounce dry hopped, perhaps? Because they're homegrown, you won't know the alpha acid content, but that's part of the fun, I suppose!
