Hi all....I think I put some bottles in the fridge to condition before I sgould have....there is little carbonation. Can I take the remaining bottles out of the fridge, let them warm up to room temp, give them a gentle swirl, and then ley them sit again(at room temp). Will they carbonate more or should I just drink them the way they are? They taste fine now, just flat.
Thanks

The beer will carbonate faster at room temperature. However, once it is carbonated it will dissolve more CO2 at colder temps. So let the bottles warm up to room temperature and keep them there for at least 2 weeks. Then place a few in the fridge and drink them after at least 2 days in the fridge. The longer you leave them at either room temp or in the fridge the better the beer will be.
