Since you posted in extract brewing, I'll give you what I brewed yesterday (I brew AG but got this as a Christmas present and was a good break in for my new conical, allowed for time to clean & passivate).

Citra Pale Ale (I'd add .25oz hops to the last 2 below as well as dry hop with 2oz of Citra)
6.6# of Breiss Pilsen LME
.5# Weyermann-Carafoam 10 L
.5# Best Maltz 2-3L Crystal Malt
.25# Briess Victory Malt 28 L

.75oz Citra pellets @ 60 min remaining
.5oz Citra pellets @ 30 min remaining
.25oz Citra pellets @ 10 min remaining
.5oz Citra pellets @ 2 min remaining

Wyeast #1275 Thames Valley

The steep is for 30 min, I chose to go at 156, I don't like the drier finish that you will get with a sub 152 (recipe called for steep between 145-160, what a range!)

Also I went full 5g boil (was 5.5, but should've increased to 6 for increased boil off). Recipe calls for 2 g boil and top off to 5g. If you can, go full boil. Also, I've heard that its best to add the 2nd can of the LME in the final 15 min for increase flavor- I don't know haven't done that but sounds like a good idea.

If you go, please reply with your results!

Cheers!
