Hello, I was wondering if someone could link me a DETAILED raspberry mead recipe. I have made a lot of beer and wine now which all turned out great so I want to venture into mead making. I would like the recipe to be very detailed. I have been looking around already and have come up mostly with people just giving the ingredients. I want to make a big 5 gal batch and dont want to make 5 gal of something that i'm gonna have to distill into hard stuff. Also I was wondering, a lot of people have aged there meads a long time in the secondary fermenter and was wondering, as long as the fermentation has stopped wouldn't ageing in bottles be the same if not better? I dont want to dedicate one of my carboys to aging mead and would rather just bottle it.
