How much Irish moss for a 5gallon batch. Wort is boiling on the stove right now and my dog just ate my paperwork with instructions. Add at last 15minutes also right?

last 15 minutes, about a teaspoon. Doesn't need to be exact with the amount.

Just saying, but if you really wanted a fast answer you could have done a simpler google search and had immediate answers if nobody were as quick to respond...just trying to help for next time.
