This is my first post here on this forum and I just wanted to say hello.
I've already found some useful info for my next brew day. I've brewed about 10 beers so far and am still learning a lot. I'm from the poconos and there's not much to do out here, so brewing seemed like a good hobby to take up. I look forward to adding some input of my own into this forum. Thanks for all the great posts and info. This seems like a great place to learn.
