I am looking to set up a new brew stand and I want burners that can use both propane and natural gas if that is possible. What burners can do this, and where is the best place to get them for inexpensive??

So if you drill it out, how would you thread in the orifice? No, I don't have a clue. :D

You just drill out the tip of it where the gas comes out. You don't touch the outer threads used for mounting or where the gas line attaches. Standard NG orifice opening for these burners is 1/8", I don't remember what propane is, but somewhere in the area of 3/32". It's a fairly small adjustment you're making when drilling it out.
