Does IPA day fall on the same day every year ? Or is it on the first weekend of August ?

It used to be loosely organized by a group that doesn't really exist anymore via a facebook page. Now breweries kind of do whatever they want. Sometimes around the beginning of August, sometimes not. We're doing ours all weekend starting on the 6th, which I believe is also when NorthernBrewer.com is celebrating it.
