Hi guys. On John palmers nanograph it says temp of your beer (trying to figure out how much kane sugar to use to carb), is that the temp you will be carb/condition at? Or the temp you refrigeratin at to drink? Any help much appreciated!

You use the warmest post-fermentation temperature, as that will most closely represent the maximum CO2 the beer could already be holding before priming...

Cheers!
