Well, I salvaged some yeast from about 8 bottles of Leffe Triple, as mass markert "Abby Style" belgium made by In-Bev-Bud. I wanted to use it for my Belgium Holiday that I brewed last weekend, but the yeast was slow getting started. I started out with a 300ml started, that did very little, then I made a 400ml starter that after about 40 hourss took off like a rocket ship. So I have this yeast that is finishing up in the starter and no beer to brew for about a month, well at least 2 weeks anyway.

Can I put this Starter in a sterial jar and let hang out in the fridge? Sholud I decant it and just save that? I really want to use this yeast, I am going to brew an American Honey brown next and not sure if I will use it on that.
