Ask and you shall receive. That's what she said right? Well, I decided to ask my father-in-law if he had any knock-out punches and this is what he brought me.

Looks like I'll be able to use the 1.5" to make a 1 7/8" hole so I can dimple it to 2" for my 2" tri-clover element enclosure from Still Dragon!

...and just about anything else I might need.

Nice. Knock-out punches are ridiculously expensive. But I already own dozens of tools that have little generalized use, so what's a few more?
