My wife is about to stop my brewing

Any good beer recipes that are pretty easy for a beginner that my wife (a girly) beer drinker would like. that are not crazy fruity but I would still enjoy???

I'm not a fruit beer type guy either but I made this for my girlfriend and we both really enjoy it. Recipe is very straight forward also.

A cream ale, wheat beer, and maybe a pale ale (go light on the hops). My wife is not a beer drinker, but she liked the Belgian White I just made, and I am brewing a cream ale this weekend which I also think will be something she will enjoy.

Well, hard to say if you would enjoy, not knowing your preferences. A well made German Hef often goes over well with the ladies. Light to medium body and light banana and clove notes make it a great all round summer beer.

Maybe you can try Graff, sweet hard cider, and spiced beer. Also maybe a sweet stout, or a nut brown ale?

These aren't "light" beers, but I think they have flavors that are more approachable than extreme hoppy ales. Oh, also you can try a mild, and "spotted cow"/"speckled heifer".

prepare for cliche "tits or gtfo"... slightly serious, raspberry hef, a blonde (ale, not another woman unless she is into that), or even a spiced ale like the recipe for Richard's pumpkin ale. All have worked well for me in the past.

Ask her what she like to drink. If she is not a beer person, take her out for a nice dinner at a brewery and do a tasting. See if there is something she is interested in.

Biggest thing is to make sure you don;t seem desperate. You want to be able to keep brewing with your wife being fine or interested in it, not "allowing" it because she saw you crying over your carboy.

So yeah, a cream ale, a German wheat beer, or a cream stout.

I did a cream stout that had coconut in it, and the gals (who were chefs) that I shared with it immediately got vanilla ice cream and poured it on top.

So that is my suggestion. If the brew I mentioned sounds interesting, I can post a recipe.

I'd go with a simple Pilsner recipe but cut the hops in half and you'll have a really nice light beer to keep that girlish waist and allow the ****s to remain large and visible. You can't really screw that up so her first try at this will be successful. Hold the fruit since that involves pasteurization or multiple fermentations and there's too much room for error on a novice

My Happy Wife Pale Ale is essentially a Kolsch-not very hoppy but very clean and crisp.
5 gallons:
9 pounds 2 row or pilsner malt, toast 2 pounds at 350F for 15 minutes
1 pound Carapils or wheat
mash at 152F
For Extract use 8 pounds extra light LME or 6 pounds DME(just a guess)
1 oz Perl 60 mins
1 oz Hallertau for 20 minutes
ferment at 60F with Kolsch yeast, but Nottingham works well also

From a woman's POV, we'll use my sister's POV for example: She doesn't like hoppy, hadn't had beer in 7 years, was a Miller Lite drinker. Then she came to live with us....she still doesn't like "too hoppy" but she's a HUGE fan of our Cream Ale (A kind of Summer Solstice Clone) and our Original Wheat (which I have fermenting with citrus and watermelon now).
I like them hoppy, dry, crisp, heavy....etc.
Show her what beer can be and include her.
