4oz Brit Peated malt
Steep this good you want it to add its significance to the alc as well as flavor

9lbs light DME
6oz Belgian candi Sugar
2oz table sugar/or glucose syrup
1.5oz EKG boil 60 min

for 15 min
EKG .5oz
Irish moss

Wyeast 1084

This scotch ale is medium brown, tatse sweet.. and will kick you in the ass with 8%+ ABV
