I've grown some hops, and have harvested and dried. I was about to add them into one of my beer batches as a dry hop, but then thought about wild yeast. Will there be wild yeast cells on the hops and could they potentially ruin a batch?
I'm presuming if you added the hops into a boil it wouldn't matter as the wild yeast cells would be killed off.
Help anyone?
