Your system is an inspiration- I've started a similar build…at least I have gathered most of the pieces. If I had the patience to wait, I probably would have bought yours. I am certain someone will snatch it up in no time.

Sorry if that was covered in the previous 6 pages, but the idea is fresh in my head and I want to get it out. For the whirpooling effect, what if you install a bulkhead fitting with a 90* angle fitting a few inches about the ball valve. But cut a slit up the basket about half the way up, which the whirpool valve slides over, so you don't lose all of the integrity of the basket? Just a thought, what do you all think?

Nothing like a good ol' thread resurrection, but THIS is exactly what I've been planning...

I came across the List of PJ Electrical Diagrams and the very first drawing was exactly what I wanted. A few more minutes of searching and I came across the original conversation leading to this thread, which, of course, led to this thread.

I was saddened to see the OP has since left brewing and drinking, but I'm sure there were excellent reasons. But I did want to pop on here on the off-chance he still gets notifications of replies to his thread, so I can thank him for reading my mind.

As always, major kudos to P-J for his tireless work for the brewing community.

While all the dialog looked great in the thread, the lack of images was curious and left me without finding any value. So I fast forwarded and discovered more. Was looking for some box layout ideas and found johnoden step away, I'm sure for good reasons. Sad he didn't leave the pics intact
