Hey all,

This is the label that SWMBO made for our most recent brew. Yes, I'm one of those very rare, lucky guys who has a little lady who loves taking part in both brewing and drinking what comes out of the brewing. :)

It's a red Belgian Abbey-style ale. That's where I'll place it tastewise anyway. I put together the recipe myself from what I had a feeling would suit the style (It's AG, so good fun fiddling around with). 7.6% alc, tastes like a dream. Well, it's only actually been on the bottle for three days but I couldn't help myself. The scientific process calls for sampling along the way, right? ;)

I don't see anything.....

edit: oops nevermind......I'm drunk.

"Kitten and Oaf" maybe I don't need to ask, but who's who?
Nice label. I like the trees in the arch effect, initially looks like leaded glass (until I scrolled down).

Wow, that is drunk.

Thanks! She's quite chuffed with the praise. :)

I might post the recipe, but I'll just let the beer finish properly so I can comment on a sound basis. :)

Latest tasting, tonight, was wonderful, after about ten days in the bottle. I know, I know - I should show more patience and let it sit for three weeks at least before really drinking much of it, but it's important to "monitor" the beer, right? ;)

Cheers,

Jens-Kristian
