I decided to flip my sanke fermenter upside down. I want to be able to clean it easily while also making it easier to drain. I cut the top in 9.5" circle an am using a 10" triclamp gasket covered in clear lexan. Still kind of figuring best way to keep sealed. Any suggestion. On the bottom ( or top) I use a 2" triclamp over the keg ring. Into the 2" triclamp adapter I use a 1/2" into to 1/2" compression. This fitting I drill through so my 1/2 pipe(copper stainless poly) can slide through. Once drilled I used the poly compression sleeves when installing the pipe. This allows you to slide the pipe up or down to either collect yeast or beer.
