My new equipment

10 gallon kettle I wanna brew today with it but I only have 1 gallon grain bill so... I'm figuring my boil off rate would be huge and ill prob use my 3 gallon kettle and wait till I build my counterflow

I bought a couple yards of polyester curtain voile at JoAnn Fabrics.
The shape is sewn, have to fold over top for a draw string/rope.

It a bayou classic 10 gal, I haven't started it since I am upgrading my equipment I had grains for my last 1 gal batch... So soon I'll be firing it up
