So I milled the grains for the latest batch a few weeks ago... We could not brew till this week. Is this an issue? Or are we ok to use them? The milled grains have been stored in a very dry place ... Thanks

I doubt you'll notice a month or so. Much more and I wouldn't use them for a competition, but since you're probably not doing that, brew away.

When all else fails, taste them. Put each different grain in your mouth individually and if the 2-row tastes sort of "biscuit-y" and your amber tastes sweet and slightly roasty w/o anything else in it's flavor you should be fine. I have used grain much older than 1 month, although I am quite anal about grain storage, and still made top shelf beer using it. Go for it, there is no time like the present.

Agreed. I've have also re-milled older grain and did a BIAB session and it turned pretty good. Certainly not my best effort but it was drinkable.
