My mash tun

Hi everyone. I'm going to build my mash tun tomorrow. I'm going to use this cooler from Walmart;

And I'm going to use a cpvc setup like in Orion's cooler a few posts down from this. Any suggestions?

Does it have a drain? I know a lot of the cheaper coolers in the 48-50 qt range don't. If it doesn't it might make the cooler build a bit more complicated.
