Hey guys,
so my last 3 batches got infected, I think by a lactic bacteria (Looks like what this guy had http://imgur.com/a/P1l8f).

So, I tried replacing my rubber hoses and washing my bracket very well as well as soaking it in Starsan. I also sanitize using Starsan in every brew.

So guys, what should I do? Can I save the backet? I'd like to kill this bug so I can get back to brewing. Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

Bleach bomb
Soak everything in bleach overnight, rinse the crap out of everything then starsan soak. Overnight oxiclean soak has been said to work also and repeat with starsan.

Star san is a sterilizer not a cleaner.Better off cleaning everything as stated THEN sterilize

Take apart clean and sanitize the bucket spigot if you are using one. It something usually overlooked during cleaning.
