I've built my keggle over the last few weeks and today I put it through a test. I filled it with 8 gallons of water and brought it to a full boil. My fittings are all weldless and I wanted to see if I had any leaks and how long it took to bring it to a full boil. Had no leaks and it took about 30 minutes to boil. It was also my first time using the burner. I still have to dial it in.

Congrats! It looks good. Did you have any issues with the sight glass? I had to put a heat shield under mine. The plastic was getting too hot. Some vendors sell them, but I just used a thin piece of sheet metal. It made a huge difference in the heat measured under the fitting.

No problems with heat on the sight gauge. I held my hand over the tee a few times and it wasn't hot at all. I have it centered between the two holes on the bottom of the keg.
