i cooled her down a bit, and let er spew a bit and gently rocked her to and fro seemed to work...for now.
This is a great forum, and thanks to those giving advice, trust me I'LL BE BACk

When I come home to krausen bursting out of my airlock, I reach for some vinyl tubing that I have lying around. What I do is carefully wipe off the top of the carboy, remove the airlock, clean and sanitize it, refill it with a bit of fluid, then replace it without the top. Since it has a hallow cylinder in the middle, you can shove the clean and sanitized vinyl tubing right over it and as the krausen continues to push out, after a while, it will begin to push out into the vinyl, which ought to have its other end in a container full of sanitized solution. I've done this a few times without bad results. I just clean the airlock and tube out again when it has slowed down a bit and if nothing sneaks its way up after that then I just replace the airlock by itself. I guess this shouldn't replace an airlock but I've found it to be an effective way to MacGyver one in a pinch.

Why not just take the airlock out for a couple days while it's fermenting vigorously?

'Cause then it will do this :D

In a critical moment you can take a washcloth and soak it in a sanitizing solution and just drape it over the top untill you get your shiat together on a blowoff or something. Done that more than once myself.

And bucket blowout pic above, just fine. Nothing is getting "in" with all that going "out". Gives you a day or two to come up with a solution before it slows down.

That's right. It actually turned out to be a great RIS. Once the volcano stopped erupting everything was rinsed off & sanitized with starsan it went on its way & finished fermenting. I was concerned about the huge loss of yeast but that didn't matter. This happened a few years ago BTW. Cheers!!!
