I'm trying to make a recipe that is a medium/light pale ale with good tropical fruit flavours and aromas. I'm using wyeast 1469 as i love the peach aroma and flavour.

Here is the recipe:

grain bill

maris otter 3.5 kg
vienna .2kg
caramunich .2kg

mash at 65°C

15g mosaic at FWH
15g amarillo at 15 mins
15g mosaic at 10 mins
15 g amarillo at 5 mins
30g amarillo and mosaic aroma steep
40 g amarillo and mosaic dry hop

Please critique this as its my first recipe ive made myself and i want to make it good!
