I am planning a 5 gallon batch of lager starting with a 3 gallon partial boil

I have for supplies

5# of dark LME
6# of amber DME
4# of ultra light LME
1# of Rye (ground)
1.25# chocolate malt (ground)
.75# of crystal 120L (ground)
1# crystal 15L (ground)
2.5oz Chinook
4 oz Kent (british) Goldings
2 oz Liberty
2 oz Columbus
2 oz Glacier
4 oz Raspberry flavor Extract
Saflager W-34/70 yeast

I am looking for something around 3.5%-4.5% ABV

Thank you all for your Ideas :mug:

Ha, ha...this is a joke..?...right, that'll be a BIG arse beer with all that DME, LME. Not to mention a hop bomb with 12.5 oz of hops.

YOWSA!

Don't start out with a Helles. You might be disapointed. Make a Maerzen:

60% light DME
40% amber DME
# 0.5 lb Crystal 15
# 0.25 lb Crystal 120 (optional, may actually make the beer to dark)

one 60 min addition of hops to get to 20 - IBU. Take any of the ones you have since you don't have German hops.
